Former South Africa skipper Faf du Plessis was on Saturday named the icon and captain of the Bangla Tigers forward of the fifth version of Abu Dhabi T10 match.

Du Plessis has performed 69 Checks, 143 ODIs and 50 T20Is for South Africa in a profession which began in 2011. He has additionally captained South Africa in all three codecs.
