With corporates asking their staff to return to workplace, or work at the least partly out of workplace, occupancy ranges are rising. This bodes nicely for industrial actual property (CRE). In accordance with ANAROCK Analysis, internet absorption of workplace area was 34.06 million sq. ft (sq. ft.) in FY2021-22 throughout India’s prime seven cities, up 60 per cent over FY2020-21, and at nearly 80 per cent of the pre-Covid-19 stage of 43 million sq. ft. in FY2019-20. In addition to actual property funding trusts (REITs), an upcoming route that retail buyers can take to take part in CRE is fractional platforms.
