Registered actual property brokers in UP have been issued a “registration certificates” in Type-H prescribed within the UP RERA Guidelines.
On this, the validity interval of registration is 5 years. In Rule-10(3) of the UP Land Property (Regulation and Improvement) Guidelines, 2016, the interval of registration of an actual property agent has been fastened at 10 years.
The registration of actual property brokers in UP RERA was began from July 2017 and at present, in 2022 the preliminary validity interval of 5 years of registration certificates issued has both expired or is about to run out.
In its 99th and one centesimal assembly, your complete state of affairs was mentioned and mode of processing and charge for the validity interval of the certificates issued in Type-I of the actual property brokers has been modified for actual property brokers.
As per new regulation, in case of a single actual property agent, the processing charge shall be Rs 1000 and in instances aside from single or particular person, the prescribed processing charge could be Rs Rs.5000.
